1. From I-490, take Exit 18 Route 31 Monroe Avenue, then:
        (a) if exiting from I-490 West, turn right onto Monroe Ave
   or (b) if exiting from I-490 East, turn left onto Monroe Ave and cross the bridge
2. On Monroe Ave, at the first red light immediately (< 400 feet) make a hair-pin right onto Canterbury
3. On Caterbury, immediately (< 200 feet) turn right into the second parking lot (next to Wilson Hardware) and park in front of the sign high up on the tan building saying "Canterbury Place - 25 Canterbury Road"
4. Enter the glass door into a foyer, go through another glass door and up the stairs to the third floor.
5. At the top of the stairs, enter the waiting room door and turn left proceeding to office #302.
